And on that note, Murph seems to be an appropriate workout for today.
Want to change my workout up a bit….What do you think about this type of a routine?

3-12-12 Workout
Kind of felt like a crappy workout, but I was fully aware that I might not have my best stuff for today’s workout. I started on a new work schedule of shadowing at a PT office, so was working from 8am-7pm. Had a small breakfast of cereal and a banana, a crappy lunch at 1 pm, and then got to the gym to lift by 7:30pm. Really had no energy to lift as much as I wanted to. Oh well, today was kind of an experiment day regarding my schedule, and I know that for tomorrow and the rest of the week to bring a sandwich and some other food so that I have the energy needed to lift.
On another note, I’m not sure how people do a fasted workout, because I hated lifting this way.
